Monitoring usage – We can acquire your gas or electricity usage at the touch of a button and provide yearly, daily or monthly reports to help monitor your usage and co2 emissions.

Change Of Tenancy – This can be a very messy process so whether you’re moving in or out of a property, we’ll try to make this as smooth a transaction as possible.

Billing – Bills can be very complex these with the varies different charges which are now applied. We can validate your bills and deal with any issues that arise.

Siteworks – If you need a new supply or meter fitting, we are on hand to arrange and manage this process with the contacts we have acquired over the years.

Audits – If you have over 250 employees you legally are required to have an Energy Audit every 4 years to comply with ESOS (Energy Saving Opportunity Scheme). SME’s aren’t required to have this but it can be beneficial to see where you can save on usage and money. We have helped numerous customers with Audits since the ESOS scheme came in.
