- Firstly give us a call or fill in the contact form and we will be in touch to discuss your account.
- Once we have all the information we need, we will request prices from our Suppliers (all the major 6 plus others).
- We’ll then provide you with a costing which will compare the most competitive quotes against your current rates. All charges will be shown in this costing so you’ll not receive any nasty surprises.
- You’ll then be given our recommendation on the supplier and duration. You will always have the final say though and you have no obligation to accept any of our offers.
- If you wish to accept, we’ll send over the paperwork and once signed and sent back we’ll get the price booked in
- You’ll then receive a confirmation email that the price is secured.
- We then look after your account for the duration of the contract and provide the services as mentioned in the “WHAT WE DO” tab.
- We’ll then be in touch when we feel it’s the right time to buy for your next contract.
All our costs are included in the prices which will be stated in the paperwork provided. Our commission is then paid to us from the supplier.
